The first volume of the Ivan Stoynev’s monographic work titled “The legal framework for the protection of competition in the EU” has been already published.
“The legal framework for the protection of competition in the EU” is the first comprehensive monographic work in Bulgaria about all agreements between undertakings, decisions by associations of undertakings and concerted practices which may affect trade between Member States and which have as their object or effect the prevention, restriction or distortion of competition within the Internal market.
