Prof. Ivan Stoynev, was sworn in as a Judge at the General Court of the European Union. Pursuant to the decision of September 30, 2026, by the governments of the EU Member States, his term of office will run until August 31, 2031.
In light of his new judicial position, on September 28, 2026 Assoc. Prof. Ivan Stoynev has stepped down as an attorney-at-law and Managing Partner of the law firm.
